Employee Assistance Program

The County offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administered by Optum[External]. It includes both counseling and telephone consultation services addressing personal needs such as marriage, family and relationship problems, alcohol and drug abuse, emotional, personal and stress-related concerns, child care, elder care, financial and credit problems, federal tax consultation, pre-retirement planning and personal records management.
