Diversity and inclusion at the County of Marin is an important part of the values and the responsibilities we have as public servants. Dream Collaborative
The mission of DREAM (Diversity, Respect, Encouragement, Acceptance, Marin) is to positively influence and transform the County of Marin’s organization and workforce by promoting and celebrating cross-cultural understanding and inclusivity.
We currently have five Affinity Groups under DREAM and also support our two Employee Resources Groups. All County employees are welcome to join to support diversity, inclusion and equity in our organization.
