Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) is your partner, coach, support, and represents the County in all collective bargaining matters. Our Labor Relations program negotiates, implements, advises, and administers the twelve collective bargaining agreements. We collaborate with County stakeholders and our labor partners for agreements that:
- Optimize a dynamic and efficient organization providing the highest levels of service assuring the public trust.
- Provide a safe and caring environment for all employees; and
- Protect the financial health and longevity of the County.
