Breathing Room

The goal of this program is to help employees integrate mindfulness into their workday.

Sometimes we all need a little breathing room. This program intends to help employees integrate mindfulness into their workday. Each quarter, for five weeks, we host 4-5 opportunities to take a powerful pause. Classes range from 10-25 minutes and include Seated Stretches at Your Desk, Guided Meditations, and Breathing Exercises. Classes are held both on Microsoft Teams and in the Live Breathing Room at the Civic Center.
